Trainer Will Read has fully supported my weight loss journey not only in sessions at the studio but also over text with regular checkins to ensure that I feel supported and always motivated.
If you are a person who struggles with just getting started, I recommend Vision Hamilton to be your starting place as the whole team there actually care about you as an individual. You are given the support that is needed and they encourage you to do your best and then some.
My 15kilo weight loss results are a combination of exercise but also mainly due to the education around the balance of nutrition with smart advice around how to shop when buying groceries. Some of this education will stay with me forever as it has heightened my awareness as to what to look out for.
Will Read, you are a young man that inspires me as you are not only a trainer but also a friend on this journey of weight loss and I thank you for helping me to re-gain my health. Richard Everett.
