  When I first started coming here, the doctor I saw was great. Responsive, listened, no-nonsense. Good. But my issue was fairly simple and followups were scheduled appointments.
  
  I've attended twice in the last two weeks. I've had to call to get my test results twice now because they've been marked as "not abnormal". "Not abnormal" for the tests administered means that the diagnosis given is not correct. The first time I waited days more than necessary, expecting to get some notification that my test results had at least come back. Given that I was diagnosed with an infectious disease that the test was supposed to confirm, this is somewhat important information.
  
  I tried to explain my frustration at the lack of communication to the receptionist, Nikita, who suggested I book an appointment to talk to the doctor. She explained that they couldn't call back for non-abnormal tests because of the high patient load. They wanted to charge another $75 (slugging the taxpayer for half) so that I could provide feedback on how they could improve their service! I'm sorry, but I really feel that when the test contradicts the diagnosis then a call is warranted either way.
  
  I don't like leaving bad reviews as a first form of feedback, but there is no other mechanism for providing feedback - all contact options simply go to reception. I'll be looking elsewhere for my medical advice from now on.
