- Gary Added May 13, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went to Sono with family to bring Japanese tourist to showcase his first experience in Australia. Waitress was rude, spilled water over table and took wrong order off our guest, when wrong dish was brought out made him obliged to take the dish. He wanted a Bento box and ended up eating half an egg plant filled with miso paste... go figure. Rest of our dishes were fine. We ended up complaining and management did apologise , worst of all promised to send us a gift card and never did. Sorry Sono we won't return, very embarrassing for us and our guest.
